Working with our valued Client Marz Homes, A. J. Clarke and Associates, was retained to secure approval for an Official Plan Amendment, a Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision and Draft Plan of Condominium to provide for the redevelopment of a brownfield site in the Town of Fort Erie, specifically within the Crystal Beach community. The redevelopment remediated the site and transformed the property into a compatible and complete community consisting of single-detached homes, townhouses, a mixed-use building, and a condominium project within the overall plan with high-end amenities including a pool and clubhouse for its residents.
A. J. Clarke and Associates, prepared a Planning Justification Report, carried out project management and overall coordination to secure final approval for the land use needed to implement the project. A. J. Clarke and Associates, also completed the detailed engineering design and surveying of the property and secure the planning approvals enabling construction of the project. A. J. Clarke and Associates, worked, and continues to work with Town of Fort Erie staff, the developer, and the community to produce a project that efficiently transformed these brownfield lands into a desirable residential community that integrates so well within this seasonal cottage neighbourhood taking advantage of the area’s amenities, particularly Lake Erie and Crystal Beach.
