Summit Park Community

With the vision of our valued Client Multi-Area Developments Inc., A. J. Clarke and Associates, was retained to assist in bringing over 1000 acres of land into the City of Hamilton’s urban boundary. Since its successful inclusion into the city’s urban boundary in the late 1990’s and now approaching its twelfth phase of development, the neighbourhood known as “Summit Park” has developed over 5000 residential units, worked with the Catholic School Board to enable the construction of Bishop Ryan High School and has built numerous commercial developments creating a truly complete community.

A. J. Clarke and Associates, prepared a full engineering analysis to help justify the inclusion of the lands into the urban boundary through a detailed Ontario Municipal Board (now the Ontario Land Tribunal) hearing. Over the course of two decades, A. J. Clarke and Associates, secured all the planning approvals, engineering approvals and completed the surveying services through numerous subdivisions, site plan processes and condominium descriptions. Each phase of the overall “Summit Park” community required Planning Justification Reports, detailed engineering designs, professional surveying services, comprehensive project management and overall coordination transforming this area into the community it currently is. Over the next few years, “Summit Park” will be built out and A. J. Clarke and Associates, has been an integral part of its success through our expertise as land development consultants, providing Professional Planning, Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services.
