For our long-standing Client, Marz Homes, A. J. Clarke and Associates, secured approval for an Official Plan Amendment, a Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision and Draft Plan of Condominium to provide for the redevelopment of 5 assembled properties. The redevelopment provided for a total of 130 residential townhouse units on over two hectares of land.
