Stephen Fraser has been a Registered Professional Planner and Full Member of the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and Canadian Institute of Planners since 2006. He is acknowledged by municipalities, professionals, and developers for his expertise, experience and the ability to provide innovative practical solutions to planning problems. As Principal Planner of A. J. Clarke and Associates, he brings an ability to facilitate the planning approval processes, and efficiently manage projects. His expertise extends through all phases of project development from project direction and management, client liaison and reporting, initial site planning and constraint identification through to final approvals of relevant planning processes in Hamilton, Burlington, Brantford and Niagara Regions.
