Ryan Ferrari is a Development Planner with 10 years of experience in both private and public sector planning. Currently, a Senior Planner with A.J Clarke and Associates, a local Planning, Engineering and Surveying firm. His responsibilities include navigating the development approvals process for a variety of clients with projects varying in size. Ryan has worked on various development projects that are currently undergoing construction such as the Design District, Radio Arts Lofts and LJM Tower. His practice area focuses on infill development, primarily in the City of Hamilton. Ryan’s practice also focuses on primarily the for-profit market for both rental and condominium sites.
