Our Team

Jim Enos has been a Certified Civil Engineering Technologist since 1983 and has been part of the A. J. Clarke and Associates for 19 years, where he provides design and management skills to the Land Development section. Jim’s 38 years of solid experience in the Land Development field, both in Alberta and Ontario make him a valuable asset to our clients. He has designed and managed numerous projects over the years be it subdivisions, condominium townhomes, condominium apartment sites, arenas, commercial mall redevelopment and the like. Given his successful record in these types of projects he has also earned the trust of various municipalities to act as a peer reviewer on their behalf to review numerous development submissions.
