Amad Najm, P.Eng. has been a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) since 2011. Amad has more than 30 years experience in 4 different environments and countries with 5 years as a civil engineer. Amad has experience with preparing and reviewing Residential, Commercial & Industrial plot plans, grading plans and servicing plans for land development, preparing proposals, reports and budgets. He has provided technical guidance, training and mentoring of team members including other engineers, technicians and technologists. As well, Amad has experience in preparing as-constructed plan and issuing final grading certificate. He is familiar with the municipality’s requirements, guidelines and building codes.
