For over five decades, our staff of professional experts at A. J. Clarke and Associates Ltd. have provided Surveying, Planning and Consulting Engineering services to the public and private sectors throughout Halton, Hamilton-Wentworth and Niagara Regions.
As recognized leaders in the land development industry and municipal engineering fields, our qualified specialists have designed, processed and registered, for both owners and developers, more than 500 residential, commercial and industrial plans of subdivision extending from Oakville to St. Catharines.
We have prepared draft plans, rezoning applications, and Reference Plans for First Registration under the Land Titles Act for several hundred clients. We have also completed the layout, location and final plans for the registration of hundreds of Condominium projects, ranging from townhouses and apartment complexes to industrial buildings.
In partnership with Tulloch Engineering (www.tulloch.ca), an engineering firm based out of Northern Ontario, we are able to provide a wide range of development services across Ontario. These expanded services include geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, environmental science and mapping.
